It does this through a semi-occlusive barrier, which improves the hydration of the dermal tissue and slightly increases the temperature to accelerate scar remodelling.

In cases where the patch cannot cover the entire scar, several patches can be applied one after the other. However, if the scar is very small compared to the patches, the patches can be cut to fit better. If they are cut, it is advisable to do so before removing the protector, so that the other part can be used later.
It is recommended to change the patches daily and to wear them for at least 12 hours a day. It is also recommended to use them consecutively for 8 weeks or more. The first visible results are visible in the third or fourth week.
