This anti-decubitus cushion with air cells is ideal for the prevention of pressure ulcers. In addition, it improves the user's posture by having independent zones that can each inflate to the desired pressure.

The cover has anti-slip material on the bottom and elastic and breathable fabric on the upper part.

Its characteristics are as follows:

  • Material: PVC
  • 2 valves
  • Size: 45*40*6 cm
  • Maximum weight: 180 kg
  • Weight: 1,40 kg
  • Including pump
  • Double valve (Two separate zones): This anti-decubitus cushion, having two valves, has two totally independent zones to inflate each one to the desired pressure. Its main benefit is that this design allows the rectification of user imbalances, in addition to providing the restoration of stability and posture control.
  • Comfortable, effective and ergonomic
    • It adapts to all morphologies thanks to its dual zone system, allowing a quick adjustment of the cushion at any time.
    • The air cells optimise the contact surface, transferring pressure to areas of lower risk.
    • Provides better ventilation in areas at risk

CLEANING

  • Machine washable using neutral soap.
  • The latex part should be protected with talcum powder.
  • Avoid the use of corrosive liquids.
  • To remove stains, do not use abrasive materials.
  • Dry in the open air.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This cushion is delivered already inflated with a pressure generally higher than the one needed for a good use. The correct pressure is determined by making the person sit on the cushion. The buttock of the person has to be at a distance of about 1 cm from the base of the cushion.

It is sufficient to pass a finger between the buttock and the base of the cushion: if the finger does not pass, the cushion is under-inflated. If the space is too wide, the cushion should be deflated a little.

TO INFLATE OR DEFLATE

Loosen the valve, both for inflating and deflating. Once the right pressure is achieved, close the valve and replace the cap.
