Ispágula powder (Plantago ovata Forssk., seed husk), bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; Kiwi extract (Actinidia chinensis Planch., fruit), plum extract (Prunus domestica L., fruit), elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra L., fruit), chicory extract (Cichorium intybus L., root), prickly pear extract (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill, fruit), stabiliser: cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; Boldo extract (Peumus boldus Molina, leaves), stabiliser: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Cumin extract (Cuminum cyminum L., fruit), extract of Pear (Pyrus communis L., fruit), extract of Cinnamon (Cinammonum verum J. Presl, bark), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. May contain traces of sesame and mustard.
Take 2 tablets daily with a glass of water.
