The pads have some features that make them very safe for use by almost anyone. This is very important, as people with these types of appliances have quite sensitive gums. This avoids painful friction that can lead to irritation or bleeding.

To ensure a good fit, you should apply pressure by biting down and then wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking.

During the first few uses, you may experience some discomfort or itching. This may occur throughout the day as well as when putting the product on. This is normal as long as it does not cause pain, irritation or excessive itching.

This product should not be used by persons with advanced gingivitis or periodontitis.
