Fisiopharma Rotufib is a dietary supplement that aims to help repair exclusively muscle tissue that has been affected by large amounts of exercise or poorly performed sudden movements. The most important components of this product are magnesium, vitamin A and black pepper extract.

Regular consumption of this food supplement provides a high magnesium content, which is responsible for regulating the functioning of muscles, nerves and joints. This means that it aids recovery while helping to reduce localised pain. Vitamin A slightly enhances the action of magnesium. This is because it facilitates the maintenance of all the body's tissues.

The black pepper extract will help to relax the muscles and joints for a more effective recovery.

It is suitable for people who suffer from muscle wasting due to their daily activities. It can also be consumed by people with diabetes or lactose intolerance.

A maximum of one sachet per day should be consumed dissolved in 100 ml of water or juice of choice. It should always be taken with a meal, never on an empty stomach.
