The cuff should be placed around the forearm, at a distance of about 3 cm from the epicondyle or epitrochlea, depending on the injury, allowing full 90° flexion of the elbow. The inner extra pressure pad should be placed over the insertion of the tendon at the epicondyle. Tighten the strap around the forearm exerting the desired traction. The cuff incorporates an extra pressure pad on the inside of the cuff. Insert the hand.
