Take a small scoop of Epaplus Arthicare Intensive dissolved in water, juice, coffee or other liquid (250 ml.) every day.

1 - Pour the contents of the scoop into a glass.

2 - Add a small amount of liquid and stir until a viscous mass is formed.

3 - Pour the rest of the liquid slowly while stirring with a spoon.

• As there are no studies on the use of Glucosamine in pregnant and lactating women, Epaplus Arthicare Intensive Collagen is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
• Consult your doctor in case of: protein-restricted diets, renal insufficiency and/or a diet low in potassium, diabetes (check your blood sugar regularly if you take Glucosamine), asthma, simultaneous use of certain medicines, especially anticoagulants (Warfarin) and antibiotics of the tetracycline family.
• Not recommended in cases of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components of the formulation. Mild gastrointestinal reactions rarely occur.
