• Wash your hands before preparing the bottle.
• Sterilise all parts of the bottle (bottle, teat and thread) before washing.
• Boil water in a container and allow to cool to 40-45°C.
• Pour the required amount of water into 1 sterilised bottle.
• Add the required number of ladles of powdered milk, flush and uncompressed. Use only the scoop included in the bottle lid.
• Close the bottle and shake it vigorously.
• Check the temperature of the bottle (37°C) before giving it to the baby.
