The ITOH A400 paediatric upper arm blood pressure monitor is a device for non-invasive measurement of adult blood pressure and heart rate in the upper arm.
Its measuring range is:

- Pulse: 30 - 180 beats/minute. If it exceeds 180 the device will deflate and repeat the sequence.
