Sabal dry extract (fruit), microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, kelp powder (stem), L-glycine, L-glutamine, pigeum africanum dry extract (bark), L-alanine, green nettle dry extract (leaf), zinc bisglycinate, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Per capsule:

Standardised extracts:

• 150 mg E.S. Saw Palmeto (45% free acids and sterols).
• 50 mg E.S. Pygeum Africanum (4% total sterols)
• 50 mg E.S. Urtica dioica (1% silicic acid)

Minerals:

• 100 mg Kelp seaweed (0.08% iodine)
• 35 mg Zinc bisglycinate ( elemental Zn 20-25% )

Amino acids:

• 50 mg L-Glutamine
• 50 mg L-Glycine
• 50 mg L-Alanine ( 99% )

Vitamins:

• 4.75 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)
