Apply a small amount of the exfoliating powder to your hand, equivalent to a teaspoon of coffee, and add water to melt into a light lather. Massage gently over the face for approximately two minutes, avoiding excessive pressure against the skin. Use about three times a week, preferably in the evening after cleansing.
