- Raspberry Ketone: a natural phenolic compound that helps the weight loss process by suppressing appetite and increasing body temperature, leading to an increase in Basal Metabolism.
- African Mango (Irvingia Gabonensis) Igob 131: The extract from the seeds of this natural African tree is used, which gives it the following properties:
- Reduction of appetite: it reduces the anti-inflammatory marker C-reactive protein, resulting in a decrease in resistance to Leptin (a hormone that indicates to the brain its state of satiety). As the brain recognises leptin, appetite is reduced.
- Reduced carbohydrate absorption by inhibition of amylase.
- Decreased formation of adiponectin (a hormone responsible for increasing appetite) by fat cells.
- L-Carnitine: a substance synthesised in the kidneys and liver involved in the utilisation and metabolism of fatty acids, it stimulates the secretion of gastric and pancreatic enzymes and speeds up digestive processes. Used as a nutritional supplement, it helps maintain cholesterol levels, increasing HDL and promoting the oxidation of triglycerides.
