Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to take one tablet daily during or immediately after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Take preferably with fat-containing foods. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), menaquinone-7, phylloquinone, bulking agent (hydroxypropylcellulose), cholecalciferol, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerine, hydroxypropylcellulose). Does not contain: Yeast, gelatine, preservatives, colourings, artificial flavours and flavourings.
