For infants from 8 months of age, mix the contents of one sachet in warm water, breast milk or fruit juice. Shake until completely dissolved and administer. It is recommended to take the supplement on an empty stomach before bedtime or half an hour before breakfast. For the mother, take with a low-fat, high-carbohydrate meal.
