In the absence of different advice, it is recommended to mix the contents of one sachet per day with a glass of water, stir briefly and drink. Preferably on an empty stomach before going to bed or half an hour before breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

At the beginning of the treatment with a prebiotic or a bacterial strain compound, gas formation and/or colic may occur.
