It is produced naturally by the queen when she nurses her kittens, and is a crucial part of the bonding process. By using a copy of this pheromone in Beaphar CatComfort Pipettes, a continuous, reassuring message is delivered to help cats feel calm wherever they are. As cats are naturally solitary, this can be especially valuable in multi-cat households as it helps to promote harmonious living.
Once applied, the pipettes are fast-acting and start to create a calming effect after about 15 minutes. This spot-on is easy to use and provides a long-lasting calming effect for up to a week. Simply apply to the top of your cat's head and the pheromones will diffuse into the air creating a calming effect, helping them to feel safe and calm. It is ideal to help facilitate bonding between cats or with other family members. The spot-on should be applied at least 15 minutes before a potentially stressful situation.

ALWAYS READ THE PRODUCT LABEL AND CONTAINER COMPLETELY BEFORE USE.
Do not remove the pipette from the blister pack until you are ready to use the product.
1. Holding the pipette in an upright position, tap the neck section to ensure that the contents fall back into the body of the pipette.
2. Carefully cut off the top of the pipette with scissors.
3. Apply the contents of one pipette to the top of your cat's head, between the ears.
The spot-on should be applied at least 15 minutes before a potentially stressful situation. If your cat gets very wet, e.g. in heavy rain or after a bath, reapply the drops, as the soothing effect may diminish.
If you use a spot-on flea product, it is usually applied between the shoulder blades. Try to apply Beaphar CatComfort Pipettes to a different spot than the flea product, ideally between the ears. If this is not possible, it is advisable to allow 48 hours between the application of both products.
