Before using Interdental Bamboo 0.60mm, it is important to brush your teeth with a conventional toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash.
Then take one of the pieces of Interdental Bamboo 0.60mm from the box. Each piece has a bamboo handle and a stainless steel wire with bamboo bristles on the end.
Gently insert the interdental brush into the interdental space, avoiding forcing it in case of resistance.
Move the interdental brush back and forth in a back and forth motion to remove plaque and food debris accumulated in the interdental spaces.
After cleaning each interdental space, rinse the interdental brush with clean water to remove plaque and food debris.
Continue cleaning the interdental spaces one at a time until you have cleaned all the spaces in your mouth.
Finally, rinse your mouth with water and rinse the interdental brush with clean water before storing it in its box.
