Directions for use

Take 1.9 mg per day, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Administer 30 minutes before bedtime directly into the mouth or diluted in water or other liquid.
Shake before use.
The use of melatonin in children should be indicated and supervised by a paediatrician and/or sleep specialist.
