It is advisable to apply a generous amount of the product to the area to be exposed to the most sunlight. It can be applied as many times as necessary and when required. It is advisable to reapply frequently if you are exposed to the sun for prolonged periods of time, after sweating a lot, having contact with water or drying yourself with a cloth or towel.
