Arkotos Syrup acts physically, on several levels:
- It relieves cough, by its protective action against external agents that cause irritation.
- It facilitates expectoration by hydrating the mucus in the upper respiratory tract.
- Reduces irritation and protects the throat, thanks to its film-forming properties.
Arkotos Syrup also contains thyme extract, known for its antioxidant and mucosal protective properties.
Ingredients
Glycerol from vegetable oils - Honey - Larch Arabinogalactans - Thyme leaf extract - Oligofructose - Agave syrup - Water - Lemon juice concentrate - Xanthan gum - Natural red fruit flavouring.
Arkotos Syrup has a low glycaemic index of <55 thanks to its slow-assimilation sugars from agave syrup and honey. Each 5ml dose contains approximately 1.5 grams of sugars.
Presentation: Syrup 140ml
Oral use. Shake the bottle before use. Use a coffee spoon (5ml). Clean the spoon after each use.
- Children from 2 to 5 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) twice a day, separately from meals.
- Adults and children 6 years and older: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) 3 to 4 times a day, separately from meals. Take one of the tablespoons before going to bed.
- The product is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age; in case of allergy to one or more ingredients, to Thyme or to another plant of the Lamiaceae family (e.g. Basil, Rosemary, Sage); in case of fructose intolerance.

Children 2 to 5 years old: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), twice a day, separately from meals. Take one of the spoonfuls before bedtime.
Adults and children 6 years and older: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml), 3 to 4 times a day, separately from meals. Take one of the tablespoons at bedtime.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: Keep out of the reach of children.
The product is contraindicated: in children under 2 years of age; in case of allergy to one or more ingredients, to Thyme or to another plant of the Lamiaceae family (Lamiaceae), (e.g. Basil, Rosemary, Sage); in case of fructose intolerance.
- Use within 30 days of opening the bottle.
- Close the bottle tightly after use.
- Carefully read the instructions and precautions for use in the leaflet before use.
