From 3 years of age. 1 ampoule a day with breakfast. Can be taken on its own or diluted in half a glass of water or juice. Due to the natural nature of the product, it may contain sediment. This does not affect the quality of the product. Simply shake the ampoule before use. Hold the ampoule with the thin side facing upwards and, with the help of both thumbs, press it down. A trick to open the ampoule easily is to keep one ampoule, already empty of its contents, and use it by prying it open until it breaks (see the pictures on the package).
