Instructions for use

For adults only.

- Take one ampoule a day.
- It is possible to repeat the intake of 20 days of product several times a year.

Taking into account its concentration, dilute the ampoule in half a glass of water or fruit juice (125ml).

Instructions for use

- Due to the natural character of the product, a slight deposit may appear. It is therefore advisable to shake the ampoule before use.
- Hold the ampoule with the thin side upwards and press with one or both thumbs. A trick to open the ampoule easily is to keep an empty ampoule and use it by prying it open until it breaks.
- Allow the liquid to pour out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
