Arafarma Fagolitos Plus 30 sachets

Arafarma Fagolitos Plus is a food supplement developed by the Arafarma laboratory to help prevent and dissolve calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate stones.

It comes in the form of sachets, which contain a granulate specially designed for continuous release of its components for up to 24 hours. These include hydroxycitric acid, magnesium, vitamin B6, zinc and vitamin A.

This formulation, or elements, will help minimise the production of endogenous oxalate, as well as helping to reduce its absorption through food. This will help to prevent or inhibit the formation of calcium oxalate crystals, which can then develop into kidney stones.

It can also be used during the presence of stones, as it will help to stop them growing and promote their early dissolution.

This food supplement is primarily indicated for adults and older adults, as it is intended for people with the presence or previous episodes of kidney stones.

The recommended dosage for this food supplement varies in two formats:

• If suffering from previous episodes of oxalate and/or calcium phosphate lithiasis and with no current presence of kidney stones, it is recommended to take 1 sachet per day.
• For people who have an oxalate and/or calcium phosphate stone present at that time, it is recommended to take 2 sachets, one in the morning and one in the evening.

In order to ingest this product correctly, it should be taken into account that the contents of the sachets are not designed to be completely diluted in water. Therefore, the correct way to take it is to pour it directly into the mouth and then swallow it with the help of water or another liquid.

It can be taken in several portions so that it is not so difficult to swallow the entire contents of the sachet. In addition, the granules should not be chewed for any reason, as this may impair the effectiveness of the product. However, it can be placed in yoghurts or jellies for a more convenient intake.
