Apply the product liberally before exposure to the sun (quantity equivalent to 2ml/cm2). Reapply frequently and liberally, especially after swimming, sweating or towel drying. If the amount applied is not adequate, the level of protection will be significantly lower. Do not stay too long in the sun.
