Ana María Lajusticia Marine Collagen With Magnesium, 180 Tablets is composed of hydrolysed collagen Peptan®, sourced 100% from fish supplied by fishing companies certified for their sustainable practices (MSC).
Take 6 to 9 tablets a day, divided between breakfast and dinner. Serve with foods rich in vitamin C. Measured contents per daily dose of: 6 tablets (4.5 g): hydrolysed collagen 3.6 g, magnesium 169 mg (45% NRV*).
9 tablets (6.8 g): hydrolysed collagen 5.4 g, magnesium 254 mg (68% NRV*).
Hydrolysed FISH collagen (Peptan®), magnesium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, natural flavouring, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
