Acofar Nesira Double Moisturising Drops is an ophthalmic product indicated to treat the symptoms of dry eye. Its compound helps to stabilise tears, eliminating dry eyes, itchy eyes and irritation. These single-dose drops have two moisturising ingredients: hyaluronic acid and hydroxyethylcellulose. Both provide longer-lasting relief from irritated, gritty, red, itchy, dry eyes. They also help to moisturise and rewet all types of contact lenses.
Hyaluronic acid is well known for its moisturising and lubricating properties and has proven to be very effective in the treatment of dry eyes. Its viscous texture makes it an important regenerator of the ocular surface, providing protection. Hydroxyethylcellulose, on the other hand, reinforces the action of hyaluronic acid, which helps to alleviate certain eye conditions caused by a lack of moisture.
Acofar Nefira drops are recommended for activities that require strained vision, such as working in front of computers or doing extensive reading, working in air-conditioned workplaces, long journeys, and environments where there is a lot of pollution, smoke or dust. They come in a presentation of 20 single doses.
It is indicated for people who have symptoms of dry eye, wear contact lenses or are constantly exposed to external factors that increase the possibility of suffering from dry eye.
It is advisable to place one or two drops in each eye. Blink as many times as necessary to achieve clearer vision. At first, the drops may cause a slight blurring of vision. Once the bottle is opened, it should be used for the following two months; otherwise, it could lose its effectiveness or become a risk for the eye.
Do not touch the eye with the dropper. If constant irritation is observed, discontinue use of the product and consult an ophthalmologist, as you may be allergic to some of its components. If you are taking any medication, it is important to consult an expert before using the product.
