Sub9 Race Day is currently the sports energy drink with the highest carbohydrate intake per serving. In order to assimilate its 82 g of carbohydrates and 332 kcal, we have worked to achieve a drink with low osmolarity using Cyclodextrin and Palatinose as main ingredients, the latest generation carbohydrates that improve glycogen replenishment in a more efficient way:

They offer prolonged energy release, perfect during and after exercise.
Fewer insulin spikes, promoting the use of glucose at the cellular level in a shorter time and maintaining blood sugar levels for longer.
Rapid gastric emptying due to its high molecular weight and low osmolarity, aiding digestion and reducing gastrointestinal side effects.
Does not inhibit fat burning.

It provides practically 1g of BCAAs in an 8:1:1 ratio with extra Leucine per serving. The combination of these essential amino acids are perfect for endurance sport because:

They provide metabolic energy to the muscles.
They preserve glycogen levels.
They have an anabolic effect (mainly thanks to leucine), actively participating in the muscle recovery process.

Contains 230 mg of L-carnitine, which comes from L-carnitine L-tartrate, which is a stabilised form of L-carnitine. It has a slightly faster absorption rate than other forms of L-carnitine.

Helps transport long-chain fatty acids into the cellular mitochondria, increasing energy supply to the muscle and promoting increased blood flow to the area.
Increases the production of ketones that prevent protein catabolism.
Saves glucose and muscle glycogen, thus improving performance, recovery and reducing muscle tissue damage.

Provides 460 mg of sodium from the use of sea salt. In hot temperatures and high humidity it can be supplemented with extra sodium, preferably using capsules, at a rate of 1 g of sodium per litre of water.

Sub 9 Race Day comes in a single-dose format with a mild lemon flavour.

To prepare, add a little water to the bottle, dissolve the powder in the sachet, shake vigorously and fill to the top with water.
