PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Race Day bars are a variation of the Endurance Fuel Bar, being thinner, easier to carry and chew. The main characteristics of these bars are: reduced dimensions and 40 g in weight. The amount of figs has been increased and the amount of dates has been reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index and providing energy but reducing insulin peaks. One bar has between 124 - 175 kcal and 15 - 25 g of carbohydrate depending on the flavour. They contain pumpkin seeds that give consistency to the texture and provide healthy fats and proteins. With organic ingredients such as dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil and sultanas. A vitamin complex with 10 vitamins at 50% of the NRV has been added. Available in 3 varieties and 9 different flavours: BCAA: in a ratio of 8:1:1 (Leucine +). Dark chocolate: with natural cocoa powder, organic chocolate chips and natural chocolate flavouring. Apple & Cinnamon: with organic dried apple pieces, organic cinnamon powder and natural apple flavouring. Banana & Ginger: with banana flakes, organic ginger powder and natural banana flavouring. CHOCO BITS: 3 flavours with delicious chocolate chips. Citric Lemon: with lemon powder, lemon flakes and organic dark chocolate chips. Coffee & Cocoa: with 100% arabica soluble coffee, natural coffee flavouring and organic dark chocolate chips. White Choco & Strawberry: with strawberry powder, natural strawberry flavouring and white chocolate chips. SALTY TRAIL: 3 flavours with a salty touch and 120 mg of sodium per bar. Italian Taste: with tomato flakes, courgette powder, organic basil and oregano for a delicious pizza flavour. Peanuts: with roasted peanuts and organic dates. Almonds & Seeds: with roasted almonds and pumpkin, sunflower and chia seeds. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Take one Race Day bar every 30-60 minutes as needed during training and competition.
