Nitro Pro is uniquely formulated with beetroot concentrate and dried beetroot extract to provide 400 mg of nitrates per serving in a natural way without any chemical additives.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Single Dose: Dissolve one single dose in 150-200ml of water and shake, take 2-3 hours before exercise minimum 3 days and maximum 7 days in high load or competition weeks.

Doypack: Dissolve 1 and ½ scoop approx. (10.3 g) of product in 200 ml of water and shake, 2-3 hours before exercise, minimum 3 days and maximum 7 days, in weeks of high load or competition.
