HydraJelly is presented as an energy gel with a jelly texture and a high carbohydrate content (22.6g).

Satisfying energy needs during sport is one of the biggest handicaps faced by athletes, so at 226ERS®, we focus on facilitating the task of obtaining an adequate nutritional intake. To this end, HydraJelly has been developed together with the most demanding athletes, carefully formulated to achieve familiar flavours that are pleasant and easy to take, together with the innovative gelatin texture and a 40g format that facilitates transport and intake.

The consumption of carbohydrates is closely related to the intensity and duration of exercise, however, maintaining or increasing performance during sport, minimising muscle damage, seeking a stable state of glycaemia or avoiding the emptying of glycogen deposits, are some of the benefits that have been appreciated with an adequate intake during sport.

Instructions for use

Take 1 to 4 units per hour with water, depending on the needs of each user.
