High Energy Gel are energy gels in which the main source of carbohydrates is cyclodextrin, a new generation carbohydrate that improves glycogen replenishment in a more efficient way.

It offers a prolonged energy release, perfect during and after exercise.
Fewer insulin spikes, promoting the use of glucose at the cellular level in a shorter time and maintaining blood sugar levels for longer.
Rapid gastric emptying due to its high molecular weight and low osmolarity, aiding digestion and reducing gastrointestinal side effects.
Does not inhibit fat burning.

In 76g stick format and with 200 kcal, they contain 50g of carbohydrates per gel in a 1:1 ratio for complex and simple carbohydrates.
