Energy gel Caffeine: Formulated with different amounts of organic caffeine of the highest quality. Depending on your requirements you can opt for a caffeine-free gel or different amounts of caffeine (25mg, 50mg, 100mg per gel):
Preserves glycogen stores. Mobilises fatty acids. During aerobic work it slows down the time to exhaustion. Increases muscle contraction strength. Can also be taken during training: Salts Electrolytes 1 capsule every hour with about 250 ml of water (choose the Salts reference that best suits your needs). 500 ml/hour of ISOTONIC DRINK. HydraZero with 500ml of water.
